5pm - Welcome! We begin with guidance in the inner process of breath work, mind body spirit healing transformation and empowerment,

5:45pm - Healing Circle. Energy healers trained in Anthony Jerome's Enlightened Way of Being techniques and healers from other traditions of wisdom and techniques share theirs gifts.

6:30pm - Crystal Bowl Sound healing. (When available) Bring your own mat. One or more blankets and pillows for cushioning on a hard floor. Bring your own water to stay hydrated.

7:15pm Potluck Vegan/ Plant Based
